A 0% withdrawal fee applies if the number of closed lots is equal to or greater than 0.014 × the initial deposit amount (measured in lots).

A 0% withdrawal fee applies if the number of closed lots is equal to or greater than 0.024 × the initial deposit amount (measured in lots).

If the closed-lot requirement is not met, a withdrawal fee may apply. This fee will be the greater of:
